A condition of boarding is that your pet is in a fit and healthy condition and has an up-to-date vaccination certificate which must be shown on, or prior to, arrival (a copy of which will be taken and held on file).
As from Wednesday 10th July 2024, we will be unable to accept any cats who have not been microchipped as it will be a legal requirement for all cats to be microchipped from this date.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance.
Sorry, we do not accept un-neutered male cats.
Deposit and Days Charged
A non-returnable deposit is required on booking and the balance to be paid in full on admittance. We do not have the facilities to accept credit or debit cards. Cash or payment by bank transfer.
Cancellations – If you cancel within 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking then full payment will be required. Any extra costs incurred during your cats stay must be paid for on collection.
Collection and Delivery
We offer a collection and delivery service, so please feel free to ask us for details. If cats are not collected within 14 days of the date which they are due to leave our care and no communication is received from the owner, a decision to re-home the cat will be made at the cattery owner’s discretion.
